Laura Ollerenshaw is a writer from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, who writes non-fiction, poetry, and fiction. Her writing has recently appeared in Mountain Life Magazine and Humber Literary Review, but she has a long history of writing for print newspapers across the province. A lot of that writing was horrible, but fortunately, since most of it was published before the internet, you can’t find it anymore.
Laura is a member of the Writers’ Guild of Alberta and the Creative Nonfiction Collective, and has a BA in English from the University of Alberta and an MA in Creative and Critical Writing from the University of Gloucestershire.
She is currently seeking representation for her memoir about her search for peace and quiet and the cabin she builds to find it.
